A Latvian smoked sprats brand whose name translates as Riga Traditions, evoking the city's 19th-century heritage as the birthplace of the modern canned sprat industry. Produces smoked Baltic sprats in the traditional Riga style: wild-caught, alder-wood smoked, and hand-packed in oil, for domestic and export markets.
