Yurrita Gastronomika

The gourmet sub-brand of Yurrita Group, the oldest canning company in the Basque Country. Founded in 1867 in Mutriku, Guipúzcoa by José Miguel Mauleón and carried through five generations by the Yurrita family, the group is one of Spain's top anchovy producers by volume and a pioneer in MSC-certified Cantabrian anchovies. Yurrita Gastronomika represents the premium tier of the group's output, alongside the core Yurrita and Lorea labels.
