A family conserverie in the small fishing port of Paimpol, in northern Brittany, named after the town and the famous 19th century Breton song by Théodore Botrel that made Paimpol known across France. Fresh local fish and shellfish only, no additives or preservatives, traditional Breton recipes. The Paimpol coast was historically the departure point for the Newfoundland and Iceland cod fleets.
