Kilka Fish Meister is the kilka (Black Sea sprat) line produced under the Fish Meister brand. Kilka are small, intensely flavored sprats traditional to Baltic and Russian preserved fish culture, brined and spiced in the Eastern European style and typically served on dark rye bread as part of a zakuski spread.
