Nostromo

Founded in 1951 in Grado, on the Adriatic coast of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Nostromo built its reputation as a tuna specialist with one distinctive edge: it is the only canning company in Italy to own its fishing fleet, giving it direct control over quality from catch to can. Acquired by the Spanish Calvo Group in 1993, it remains the second largest tuna brand in the Italian market.
